Union of Fury[]
This is a Quest Initiating Item for Hard Mode, it should automaticaly start the Quest once obtained if you qualify on level (lvl 24) and Playing Mode (HM), if it doesnt Right_Click it in your Inventory and it should start.
At lvl 25 Faruma will give this back to you to take to Officer Balse in Aumerous Army Port, starting the Goblin Harrasing Tactics Quest chain and giving you your Deard Muffle.
