The harpy named Madwing is inhabiting in the Saierfons lake in the west of Willieoseu. You have to capture the Madwing and obtain the Feathers of Harpy and give it to Nell.

Proceed westward along to road until you see the orcs. The lake is just south of orcs, and Arktuis Village. Madwing is hiding near the center of the lake west of the small island in the middle.
